Around nine out of ten of our tinting bookings include both brows and lashes — and there's a reason. Tinted lashes with un-tinted blonde or grey brows can look unbalanced; defined brows with naturally pale lashes can pull attention away from your eyes. Doing both together is what makes the result look intentional, not patchy.
The combo also makes the price work harder — $40 instead of $44 if you booked them separately. It's a small saving, but it nudges most clients to do both, and most clients are glad they did.

Shade match
We look at your natural colouring and hair tone, and mix a shade that'll look natural — not blocky or harsh.
Prep
Skin around the area is cleansed and protective barrier cream is applied so colour doesn't transfer to skin.
Tint
The tint is brushed precisely onto brows or lashes and processes for a few minutes for the right depth.
Rinse & reveal
The tint is gently removed. You sit up to a noticeable difference — darker, defined, but still looking like you.
How to make your tint last
Tinting has the lightest aftercare of any brow or lash treatment — there's no setting time, no shape to protect. A few small habits keep the colour looking fresh for the full 2 to 3 weeks.
- Avoid hot water and steam on the area for 24 hours
- Skip the sauna, steam room and very hot showers for 24 hours
- Use a gentle, oil-free cleanser — oils fade the tint faster
- Skip waterproof mascara and oil-based makeup removers
- Avoid retinol, AHAs and BHAs directly on the area for 48 hours
- Brush brows gently with a clean spoolie to keep them tidy
- Rebook when the colour starts looking soft — usually around 2 weeks for lashes, 3 for brows

How long does brow and lash tinting last?
Lash tint typically lasts 2 to 3 weeks, brow tint slightly longer at around 3 weeks. The colour fades gradually rather than coming off all at once, so there's no harsh "regrowth line" — it just softens over time until you rebook.
Will the tint look natural?
Yes — we shade-match to your natural colouring. We never go more than a shade or two darker than your hair, so the result looks like you on a really good day, not like you've drawn brows on. If you want a more dramatic look, brow lamination or cosmetic tattoo at our salon is a better fit.
Should I get brow tint, lash tint, or both?
Both, in most cases. Around nine in ten clients book the combo because un-balanced tinting can look odd — tinted lashes with pale brows, or vice versa. The combo is also $4 cheaper than booking the two separately, so most people just do both.
Should I get tinting or lamination/lash lift?
Tinting is the simplest, cheapest, lowest-commitment option — perfect for first-timers or for a quick refresh before an event. Lamination and lash lift do more (reshape brows, curl lashes) but cost more and last longer. Most clients try tinting first, then move up to lamination or lift if they want more impact.
Is tinting safe near my eyes?
Yes, when done properly with professional eye-safe dyes (different formula to hair dye). Eyes stay closed during lash tinting and we apply a protective barrier so nothing migrates. If you've ever reacted to hair dye, always tell us — we can do a patch test 24 to 48 hours before the appointment.
How long does the appointment take?
Brow tint alone is about 10 minutes. Lash tint alone is about 10 minutes. The combo is around 15 minutes total. It's the quickest treatment on our menu — easy to slot into a lunch break.
Can I wear contacts during a lash tint?
No — take them out before the appointment and bring your case. You can pop them straight back in once the treatment is finished.
Can I get tinting if I'm pregnant?
We recommend waiting. There's no strong evidence either way, but as a salon we err on the side of caution with chemical treatments during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
