This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can contact us about it.
What we collect
- Booking details — your name, phone number and email when you book online (through Square), by phone, through Google, or in person.
- Service records — the services you’ve had, appointment dates, and any consent forms you sign for treatments such as cosmetic tattoo, lash lifts, lamination, tinting or microneedling. These may include health information relevant to your treatment (allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy, medications).
- Payment information — processed securely by Square. We don’t see or store your full card number.
- Contact enquiries — anything you send us through the website contact form, email or phone.
- Website usage — cookies and analytics data (see below).
- Photos — before-and-after photos, only with your permission, and only used publicly if you’ve agreed.
Why we collect it
- To book, deliver and follow up your treatment safely.
- To contact you about your appointment (confirmations, reminders, changes).
- To ask for feedback. After you’ve visited us a few times, you may receive one text inviting you to leave a Google review. Every message includes an opt-out link.
- To send occasional offers or updates if you’ve opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand how our website is used and improve it.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations, including Queensland Health requirements for cosmetic tattooing.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) tools and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site and to measure advertising. These tools use cookies and may collect your IP address, device type and pages viewed. They don’t identify you by name to us. You can manage cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of personalised advertising through Google and Meta’s ad settings.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with services we need to run the business:
- Square — bookings, payments and customer records
- ClickSend — SMS messages
- Google — bookings through Reserve with Google, analytics and advertising
- Meta — advertising measurement
- Our website host and email provider
Some of these providers store data outside Australia (mainly the United States). We never sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How we protect and keep it
Your information is stored in password-protected systems with access limited to our team. Consent forms are kept securely. We keep records for as long as needed to provide your service and meet our legal obligations (typically 7 years for treatment and financial records), then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- See the personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that’s wrong
- Delete your details (where we’re not required by law to keep them)
- Stop marketing messages — use the opt-out link in any message, or contact us
